Charlie Peker

Charlie manages Telecommunications Engineering for NBC Universal and he provides consulting for other clients in the NY Metropolitan area.

He started in the industry working for New York Telephone Co., and worked there in various technical and managerial positions, ultimately as the Technical Director for a services development lab at NYNEX Science & Technology. Charlie has over 20 years experience in Telecommunications.

Mike Riggio

Mike Riggio founded TelTech Communication Services in 1996. Mike has had engineering, management, and sales positions with AT&T, Lucent, and Avaya. He has over 25 years experience in Telecommunication networks and Enterprise voice systems and worked major projects for GE, UPS, New York Telephone, Pepsi and others.

He has a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications and he is an adjunct professor at Pace University in Metro New York. Mike provides consulting services on a project basis.

TelTech's has a staff of 20 employees and contractors to provide a large range of services. A professional staff of engineers and analysts engage in small and large projects. Most of the engineering staff have advanced degrees in Telecommunications and more than 5 years experience.

To provide a degree of specialization and in-depth knowledge, projects focus on network designs and premise based systems of Avaya and Cisco.
